More and more often in our time, we began to pay more attention to what we eat. Probably, people finally began to understand how much truth is in the saying "you are what you eat." Or they have already poisoned their body so much that it makes itself felt more often, or because of the ever-increasing fashion for proper nutrition, sports and monitoring their health. Whatever the reason, we monitor our health, but the love of sweets is indestructible! In order not to torture yourself with refusals of sweets and chocolate, and at the same time not to harm yourself and, especially, children with shop chocolates, which necessarily include thickeners, flavors and preservatives, you can make sweets yourself using only natural products!
I’ll tell you a recipe that my raw food friend “treated” me at one time, who is very sensitive to his health. The recipe is absolutely simple, not requiring any specific products, a lot of time and even a stove or oven! It is suitable for those who always carefully monitor their diet and eat exclusively right, and vegetarians, and raw foodists, and people just wanting to please loved ones with their handmade miracle.
All you need is a blender or coffee grinder, dishes and the minimum amount of ingredients. Sweets turn out much tastier than store sweets, very nutritious and healthy! Moreover, all products are completely natural, not expensive and affordable to everyone and in any country.
So let's get started. To prepare you need:
1. Cashew nuts, almonds or hazelnuts (you can use any of them or all together) - 150 gr.
2. Raisins (can be replaced with dates - it will be sweeter) - 100g.
3. Coconut shavings or sesame seeds - 50g.
4. Cinnamon - a pinch
5. Bananas - 2 large, ripe
6. Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp. spoons
7. Honey - 1 teaspoon

From this, you can make two types of sweets - one "chocolate", using cocoa powder. The second, very nutritious, is honey. The total number of candies, the size of a large cherry, will be about 35-40 pcs.
1. Grind nuts in a blender (or in a coffee grinder).

2. Grind raisins / dates with a blender.

3. Grind the bananas with a blender until mashed.

4. Mix in two different dishes:
A) for "chocolates" - minced nuts, raisins, coconut, cinnamon, bananas and cocoa. Well, mix all this until a homogeneous mixture.

B) for "honey" sweets - the same ingredients, only cocoa replaced with 1 teaspoon of honey. Also mix thoroughly.

Tip: the “honey” mixture usually turns out to be more liquid, and the “chocolate” makes thick cocoa powder. Therefore, I recommend in the "honey" - more nuts, and in the "chocolate" - more banana.
Pour a little cocoa powder into one and coconut flakes into the second on two different plates.

From the resulting two mixtures, we roll up and "sculpt" small even balls (try not to make large ones, since they will be inconvenient to eat large ones). Chocolates are rolled in cocoa powder, honey in coconut flakes or sesame.

Notice, we don’t add sugar at all! Sweets and so will be very sweet and satisfying.
We put the resulting balls in the refrigerator for several hours so that the candies “dazzle” well. After that, the delicacy is ready! We beautifully lay out our sweets on dishes and delight ourselves and our loved ones! - simple, fast and, most importantly, absolutely natural and insanely tasty and satisfying! Good appetite!
