One bun can feed 4-5 people.
There is no exact and unambiguous recipe for this dish, you can experiment and add bacon, olives and other ingredients, ideally use two types of cheese, one of which is mozzarella, but you can get by with one familiar Dutch one. Just cut one part and grate the second.
To prepare the bread with the filling you need:
- a round loaf of white bread;
- 150.0 - 200.0 g of sausage;
- two types of cheese, 100.0 g mozzarella + 50 g Dutch;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1 pepper;
- 50 - 100 g of ketchup.
1. With a round loaf, cut off the top and choose a crumb.
2. Using a brush, grease the bottom with ketchup. For the men's company, you can take a more acute option.
3. Slice and lay the mozzarella.
4. Cut the tomato into circles and put in a second layer;
5. Do the same with sausage.
6. Cut the bell pepper thinly and place it on top of the sausage.
7. On top make a layer of mozzarella, grease all with ketchup.
8. Grate the Dutch cheese and fill them with the filling in the bread.
9. Install the cut-off part from above and wrap everything in foil.
10. Very strongly heat the oven, at least +200, send round bread with the filling there for 15 minutes.
11. After this time, remove the bread, unfold the foil on top. Take some grated cheese and chopped tomato.
Fill cheese with cheese, spread the tomato circles and send the roll to the oven without covering it with foil for another 10 to 15 minutes.
12. Get the bread with the filling, cut into pieces and serve.
With such stuffed bread - pizza, both hot and cold drinks are appropriate, if the men's company has a beer and there is no desire to start the dough, then you can solve the problem using pizza in a loaf of bread. The extracted crumb can be used for minced meat.
