Oatmeal cookies have a delicious taste and also contain useful vitamins B and E, iron, calcium, magnesium and a large amount of fiber. It will not only enrich the body with vitamins and minerals, but also help cleanse it of cholesterol and toxins.
Cooking oatmeal cookies will take a little time, about 30 minutes.
Ingredients needed for cooking:
1. Oatmeal "Hercules" - 3 cups.
2. Butter - 200 grams.

4. Flour - 2 glasses.
5. Egg - 2 pieces.
6. Dough baking powder - 1 tablespoon without a slide.
First step. Softened butter must be mashed with sugar until smooth. Butter can be replaced with margarine, it is cheaper, but not so tasty.
Second step. Add eggs to the resulting mass and mix well.
Third step. It is necessary to grind oatmeal in a combine. Optionally, oatmeal flakes can be fried in a dry pan. Add crushed flakes to the container, where there is a mixture of butter, sugar and eggs, also add two cups of flour and one tablespoon of baking powder. Mix all the ingredients until a thick mass is obtained.
Fourth step. You should turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, while the oven is heating up, a baking sheet is taken, greased with butter or lined with baking paper. In order to make the cookies the same size, you can use a teaspoon when laying it on a baking sheet.
Fifth step. Dough balls are placed on the prepared baking sheet and by pressing the ball turn it into a cake. If the stove has warmed up and the pan is full, it should be sent to the oven. Oatmeal cookies in the oven will be cooked for 10 to 15 minutes. After the oatmeal cookies are browned, remove it from the oven.
Before removing cookies from a baking sheet, wait a couple of minutes for it to harden.
When preparing cookies, crushed nuts or chocolate can be added to the dough; all this will add even more sophistication to this liver.
