So friends, suppose you need to peel a whole pot of potatoes for salads or mashed potatoes, it doesn’t matter. In the classic version, everyone takes the fruits of the potato and peels each manually with a knife or with a vegetable peeler, mainly before cooking.
Of course, there are those who peel the fruits after cooking, which is much more difficult.
Today I will offer a method that can significantly reduce time (especially with a large number of potatoes), and save your efforts. And most importantly, with this method, the “departure” wakes up minimally, only the peel will peel off, and almost itself.

A way to quickly peel large quantities of potatoes

We take raw, washed potatoes and with an ordinary kitchen knife we cut its skin in the middle.

It turns out a notch on the ring.

Believe me, do it very quickly. Much faster than peeling every potato.

This pan took one minute.
Now put on the fire and pour boiling water from the kettle. Then cook until tender.

Once everything is cooked, pour the water into another pan. It will be useful to you if you continue to make mashed potatoes. And if you don’t, then you can immediately drain into the sink.
Then pour potatoes with cold water from the tap. You can wait a bit so that the passing water cools all well.

We wait until it cools down a bit and proceed to cleaning. We take the fruits and simply remove the “caps” from them with our hands.

Incredibly simple! One minute left again! In fact, your work took two minutes, no more.
Next, you want to make mashed potatoes or warm the potatoes - dip it back into the broth and warm it up.

Be sure to take note of this useful life hack.

If you value time and love saving it, then you will certainly be interested in how to peel a lot of garlic in a couple of seconds.
