Do you like unusual and light dishes? Try making oatmeal pancakes with apple slices! This light dish is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea, and its unusual appearance will give a normal meal a pleasant variety!
You will need:
80 grams of oatmeal
1-2 green apples
1 yolk
2 squirrels
5 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
So, first boil oatmeal on the water. Pour the cereal into boiling water (300 milliliters) and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.

The water should be completely absorbed in oatmeal. Then turn off the fire, and cover the container with porridge for 3 minutes. At this time, peel the apples and cut them into slices. From each circle cut out the core, as in the picture. After cutting them in half along the diameter line.

Gently separate the yolks from the proteins. Add one yolk to the porridge, mix. Then add flour and sugar there and mix well again. Beat the whites until a stable white foam and mix the dough with gentle movements from top to bottom.

Spread the dough with a tablespoon on a hot pan greased with vegetable oil. For each serving of dough, put half an apple circle on top, pressing it a little with your fingers. After 30 seconds, turn over the pancakes and bake on the other side for another 30 seconds.

Serve with jam, condensed milk or jelly.
