Decorative marmorin plaster is a very unusual and original type of plaster for walls, which is distinguished by a deep relief and polished structure.

Such plaster is not cheap. However, a similar result can be achieved using more affordable materials.

The first step is to tint the modeling material - for tinting, the author uses universal dyes in beige, black and yellow.

Next, we apply the first layer on the previously prepared surface of the wall (on the thickness of the grain, leaving no pattern).

The main stages of work

While the first layer will dry, you need to prepare everything for applying the second layer.

To do this, it is necessary to tint the same material, but only in a dark chocolate color.

After the first layer has dried, we apply the second layer, making a chaotic pattern on the surface. For this, the author uses a trowel and a spatula.

After drawing a drawing on a small section of the wall, immediately smooth it.

Some time after drawing the picture, it is necessary to “press” the walls with a trowel in order to remove all the scuffs and ribs from the spatula. The surface should be as smooth as possible.

To apply the third layer, the author uses Venetian plaster. It must be applied in such a way that brown and beige colors remain in the “sinks”.

The last stage of the work is the impregnation of the wall surface with wax and polishing.
