To create an original decorative plaster on the wall inside the living room (in the living room or bedroom), you can use a lace tablecloth. It turns out very unusual and stylish.

First of all, it is necessary to prepare the basis for applying the starting gypsum putty. To do this, we process the wall with a deep penetration primer.

Next, we apply gypsum putty on the surface. If there are various irregularities on the base, then you can walk along the putty putty layer with a roller. Then we wait 25-30 minutes, and smooth the texture with a spatula.

In principle, you can do without creating a textured base - it is enough to just make a perfectly flat surface (it will even be better).

The main stages of work

As the second layer we use already finishing putty. But before that, you need to attach a lace tablecloth to the surface - in this case it will be used as a stencil. And after applying a layer of finishing putty, the tablecloth will need to be removed.

It is advisable to knead the putty more thickly - if it is liquid, then the quality of the picture will be noticeably worse. If you want to apply another layer of putty on top, then the lower layer can be slightly “washed out” with a simple damp sponge.

If necessary, the drawing itself can be corrected with a spatula at any time. So you can "tune" the pattern to your taste or fix some jambs.

Then the surface needs to be primed again and an azure is made for further painting. For this, the author makes a mixture of glue for wallpaper and varnish in a ratio of 2: 1.
