FELTED SNOWMAN

I suggest you make a fun snowman from felted wool. This toy will be an original New Year's gift for relatives, friends or acquaintances. Any feller who has even a little experience and knows about felting needles can do this job.
Necessary materials and tools:

felting wool (white, black, brown, red);
synthetic winterizer;
felting needles No. 36, No. 38, No. 40 (if there are no such needles, then you can use needle No. 38).

Getting to work. We form two balls from a centipon, different in size: one large, it will be lower, the other smaller for the head. You also need a semicircle to connect these balls. We roll them with a needle No. 36 then No. 38, to an average density.

Then we wrap all the formed parts with white wool and proceed to felting, starting with needle 36. Then we change the needle to 38 as we respect it, and end with needle 40.

After we dumped these elements, we connect them together. A large ball with a semicircle and with a small ball. Roll them to each other with a needle No. 38 diagonally and vertically. In order for these details to hold together tightly and have a more beautiful appearance, we connect them together with a separate piece of wool, as in the photo.

It turns out here is such a white figure.

Then we make pens. Paired parts must be done at the same time so that they turn out the same. From white wool we form the shape we need and respect it.

To continue the pens we make mittens of red wool. First we roll our palms, then our fingers, again we do all the paired parts at the same time.

We connect the fingers with the palms, rolling them. It turns out such red gloves.

We roll mittens to our blanks and the handles for the snowman are ready.

Now we make the legs of a small piece of black or gray wool.

Then we make a hat. To do this, you can take a mold similar to a bucket and wrap it with brown fur, slightly roll the needle diagonally. Then remove the mold, fill the empty space with a synthetic winterizer and respect it to the desired size and density.

Next, we make a small carrot-nose made of orange or red wool.

Now roll the scarf. First, we make from a long strip of red wool, and at the end we add white wool.

We revive our snowman. On the face with a needle, we knock out the places where the eyes and mouth will be. Then we lay on these places black wool of the desired shape as in the photo. We attach the nose just below the eyes.

Now we connect the legs and handles with the body.

We put on a scarf to the snowman, tipping it a little to the head and body. That's all - the felted snowman made of wool is ready! The height of the crafts is 15 - 20 centimeters.

In his hand, you can give him a New Year's toy of the right size, or make any New Year's crafts with your own hands, it all depends on your imagination. In the presented craft, the snowman holds a small Christmas tree.
