A french fries in paper envelope is a great idea to surprise your loved one. And it doesn’t matter at all whether this is a child or an adult. Appetizing potatoes in a smart envelope will become a worthy and tasty decoration of a romantic evening for a guy or husband. And the child can have a real McDonald’s home if you don’t have the opportunity to go there. Also, french fries, laid out in portioned envelopes, can be served as a treat at any holiday, along with mayonnaise and ketchup sauce. Guests and the whole family will be very pleased!

The following foods are needed for two servings of french fries:
  • - 5 medium-sized potatoes;
  • - 1 liter of sunflower oil;
  • - fine salt to taste.

It takes 10 minutes to prepare the dish. If you need to get more servings, the amount of ingredients can be increased by the desired number of times.
1. Thoroughly wash, peel and rinse the potatoes under running water. Cut into approximately equal pieces.

2. To make the potato crispy, put it in a colander, open a cold tap and hold it under a stream to remove unnecessary starch.

3. Then lay the potato bars on a paper towel to absorb moisture.

4. Heat the oil over a fire in a saucepan, put the potatoes in small portions into it.

5. Fry french fries in oil for 10 minutes - until a delicious golden crust appears - an indicator of readiness.

6. Put the finished potatoes on a new paper towel, salt, mix, wait until the fat is absorbed.

7. When most of the fat is on a napkin, you can consider the dish ready!

8. Now you need to make an envelope. Print out, cut out with beautiful paper.

9. Collect the parts of the envelope by folding up the seams.

10. Carefully glue the parts of the envelope together at the seams. The envelope is ready!

Now you can put french fries in the envelope and enjoy the holiday!
