So, in order to make a salad with crackers, we need the following products:
a small packet of crackers with a taste of salmon or caviar;
two medium potatoes;
one medium carrot;
two cloves of garlic;
three eggs (chicken);
a can of any sprats in oil;
three tablespoons of mayonnaise;
a pinch of salt.
Sprats must be chopped (I knead them with a fork). Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs in salted water. Then let them cool and clean. Three eggs and vegetables (including garlic) on a coarse or fine grater. Then we connect them with sprats and crackers. Salt, add mayonnaise and mix. Salad ready. If served immediately, crackers will be crispy. About an hour after cooking, the crackers will become soft and the salad more tender.
