So, let's start the process of making homemade products. First of all, it is necessary to cut off the ring from the metal pipe, cut it in one place and weld the elongated nut. Then it will also need to be cut into two parts.
The result is a clamp on the grinder. A plate will need to be welded to this clamp, in which the master first drills a hole in the center. You will also need to make 4 more parts with holes.
The main stages of work
Workpieces cut from a metal plate must be connected to each other. The result should be a movable mount for the grinder.
At the next stage, the mount together with a small angle grinder will need to be installed on the site (it is desirable to make it from a light but durable material). Still need to consider a dust removal system.
Then it remains only to make a guide along which the grinder will move along the tile. To do this, the master screws an aluminum corner to the rule, after which he fastens the plate with the roller. The assembled design is installed on the desktop.
