Sometimes it is urgent to grind a metal or wooden workpiece, but only by hand it takes a long time, but there is no suitable nozzle at hand. What to do? In this case, there is only one way out - to quickly make a home-made grinding nozzle.

Moreover, such a nozzle is equally suitable for the chuck of an electric drill and a screwdriver. Of the basic materials for this homemade product you will need: round billets of plywood, a bolt or stud with nut, a piece of sandpaper of the desired grain size and glue.

When all the necessary "components" are assembled on a workbench or desktop, you can proceed directly to the manufacture of the grinding nozzle. The whole process will take no more than half an hour (or even less).

The main stages of work

First of all, it is necessary to cut round "nickels" from plywood, in the center of which drill a hole for the diameter of a bolt or stud. In total, five such details will be required. Well, then everything is very simple.

Put on a bolt or hairpin "five cents" of plywood, and then tighten them with a nut. Please note that in the drilled holes you must first cut the thread to the diameter of the bolt.

Sandpaper cut to size is glued to the resulting “barrel”. To do this, it is best to use hot melt adhesive. Outside the edges of the sandpaper it is advisable to shed superglue - for greater reliability.

Then the nozzle is inserted into the chuck of an electric drill or screwdriver, and you can start grinding metal or wood. As you can see, everything is very simple. For a detailed process of making a homemade nozzle, see the video on the site.
