This homemade product will appeal to absolutely all lovers of throwing "cold" weapons, and you can make it from metal trash, which can be found in every garage or workshop. Despite the fact that the construction of this homemade slingshot is somewhat different from the traditional one and, at first glance, it seems difficult to make it affordable for anyone.

Of the basic materials for this homemade product you will need: a steel tube, a round bar, an adjustable wrench, a welding clamp, a pair of bolts with nuts, sheet metal trimmers, combination wrenches, and some other metal "little things."

Slingshot manufacturing process

We saw off a piece of a tube of suitable length with a hacksaw for metal and insert a piece of steel round timber into it. From the adjustable spanner we cut off the tail part slightly at an angle. Then we weld both parts to the upper part of the steel tube (also at an angle).

From two pieces of a metal plate we weld a workpiece of a suitable shape and weld it to the other side of the tube. Next, we cut the open-end wrench into parts and connect the two halves at an angle together with the nut by welding.

We insert a bolt into the nut and weld the part together with the clamp to the tail of the tube. We also cut 2 pieces of a steel square 4 cm long and weld them with two pieces of a round bar, so that in the end we get a rectangular structure. We fix it to the installed clamp.

At the next stage, it remains to make some more basic parts and assemble the slingshot. You can see the detailed manufacturing process of this homemade product in the video on our website.
